By booking a private session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Services

All tarot sessions are provided for personal insight and spiritual guidance only.

Sessions do not constitute legal, medical, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.

You acknowledge that all decisions and actions taken following a session remain your sole responsibility.

No guarantees are given regarding specific outcomes or future events.

2. Age Requirement

​

You must be 18 years or older to book a session.

By booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Payment Terms

​

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Prices are subject to change at any time. Confirmed bookings will be honoured at the price paid.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

​

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a live session.

Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

Rescheduling is permitted once only. Further changes require a new booking.

Failure to attend a scheduled live session without notice will be treated as a completed session.

5. Delivery of Pre-Recorded Sessions

​

Pre-recorded sessions are delivered within the stated timeframe at the time of booking.

Once delivered, sessions are considered complete and non-refundable.

6. Late Arrival Policy

​

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the original scheduled time.

If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session will be considered a no-show.

7. Scope of Readings

​

The following topics are not addressed:

• Medical diagnoses or health conditions

• Pregnancy-related predictions

• Legal matters or court outcomes

• Financial or investment advice

• Death predictions or timing of death

• Questions intended to invade the privacy of third parties

Sessions are focused on your own life, decisions, and personal development.

Sharleen Nicholson reserves the right to decline any question or terminate a session if boundaries are not respected.

8. Emotional Responsibility

​

Sessions are intended to provide clarity and perspective, not ongoing emotional support.

You are responsible for your own emotional wellbeing and decision-making.

Sessions are not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or mental health services.

9. Refund Policy

​

All sales are final.

Due to the time, preparation, and energy involved, refunds are not provided once a session has been delivered.

10. Recording & Intellectual Property

​

If a session is recorded, the recording is for personal use only.

Recordings may not be shared, distributed, published, or reproduced without written permission.

All session content, interpretation methods, and materials remain the intellectual property of Sharleen Nicholson.

11. Limitation of Liability

​

Sharleen Nicholson shall not be held liable for any decisions, actions, damages, or outcomes resulting from participation in a session.

By booking, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in the service and accept full responsibility for your actions.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
